Welcome! Let’s start

You are about to enter a world full of surprises. If you are not sure where to start, that is perfectly fine. The best approach is to take it one step at a time.

Why this website?

Every day, we search Google for answers. But when a search becomes complex, it takes a lot of time. Even with AI, we don’t always get the high-quality results we need.

Saving Time

Most of the information on this website can be found online if you search long enough. But it will cost you a lot of time—and sometimes, you might never find what you are looking for. I have spent years searching for specific musical insights, only to find them much later. This website brings that hard-to-find information directly to you.

Quality over Quantity

Today, anyone can publish anything online. There is a lot of “noise” out there, but you only want the best. That is why I have selected songs that have proven to be exceptional. These songs have moved millions of people, and they continue to do so. They have something special that makes you want to listen again and again. These are the songs you can learn from.

What is your goal?

Try to be specific about what you want to improve. Avoid general goals. Here are some examples:

As a musician, I want to learn how to use Modes

As a songwriter, I want to write songs without a bridge that still sound interesting.

As a Music Director, I want to learn how to arrange strings.

As a singer, I want to learn how to sing harmonies and match them with chords.

Main Sections of the Database

There are three main groups on this site: Songs, Artists, and Albums. Artists record songs, Songs are usually found on albums.

These groups are supported by three other sections: Songbooks, Media, and Theory. In Songbooks, you will find sheet music. In Media, you will find articles and videos about artists and producers. In Theory, you will find material on instruments, chords, arranging, and much more.

What will it cost?

This website will not train or coach you; you are the explorer! But it does not happen by itself. It will take time. If you are smart, you will decide in advance how much time you want to spend each week. Even a few hours a week will pay off. I speak from experience. When I was learning, I had to visit music stores to find scores just to understand how strings worked.

You can achieve so much on your own. I can guarantee that this journey will change the way you work.
